Celty is a Dullahan! Which is essentially one of the higher-profile faeries of Irish folklore, particularly renowned as akind of terrifying herald of death. However! Celty lost a crucial component of her faerie identity--her severed head--a few decades ago, thanks to a dick scientist having way too much fun with a demonic katana, and this has literally halved her memory in all respects. This limits her to a mere fraction of what her capabilities as a Dullahan might have once been. But! This fraction she still has is fairly bulky, and includes:

✜ Headlessness with impunity! Accelerated regeneration! Celty's body in general is definitely hardier than an average human's, and it's implied that even taking her apart probably wouldn't kill her; Celty suspects that her only true mortal vulnerability is her head.

✧ VISUAL: BLACK, BLACK EVERYWHERE. And we're talking the absence-of-light variety. Celty literally garbs herself in shadows, and usually goes for a full biker suit, but that bright yellow helmet with the cat ears probably stands out even more. Nope, it's not shadow-made. Yes, she likes it a lot. Why else would she wear it all the time, even indoors with no bike in sight?
✧ AURAL: Normally nonexistent 98% of the time, actually; Celty does not speak.Because you kinda need a mouth for that. Even her motorcycle is completely silent, save for maybe the occasional whinny.
✧ OLFACTORY: Nothing of note on a normal basis, though she might small either completely scentless or extremely weird to the olfactorily gifted.
✧ DEMEANOR: Very friendly, very polite, very kind! She's ridiculously easy to get along with, really, provided you aren't a dick.

✧ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure! Though reactions may range from embracing to bemused, depending on the administrator
✧ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: The muse won't exactly take it without a fight, but the mun is a-okay with the idea, so go for it! Though for anything as extreme as hacking off an arm etc. a warning or notification beforehand would be preferred.
✧ PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Celty's 'mind' doesn't have any particular protections to keep people out, though perpetrators would probably notice oddities upon waltzing in anyway, since there are huge literal chunks of her psyche blanked out. Her separation from her head goes well beyond just physical; her head has a lot of key components of her memories and possibly even personality in storage, so she lost all that alongside the noggin itself. General rundown aside, though, I'd actually prefer it if you ping me first before any brain-wandering commences, so we can hash things out!
✧ MAGICAL INFORMATION: As mentioned above, it's generally established that Celty is an Irish faerie, specifically a Dullahan, so she'll probably be throwing weird vibes about for those that might be able to detect as much!
✧ MEDICAL INFORMATION: KINDA SORTA ABNORMAL due to aforementioned faerie status--then again she's headless and walking around just fine and dandy, so that def sets the whole tone. She's still human-esque physically, as she has blood and organs and can feel pain, but anesthetics won't work on her, and she has a pretty robust healing factor; Celty has bluntly stated herself that it's almost impossible to kill her body alone.

✜ Shadow-manipulation! This is pretty much the core of her powers, and serves a huge variety of uses, such as
☩ Creation of a huge black scythe that she can summon at any time, though she'll pretty much never outright cut her opponents with said scythe. Instead, being slashed by it just promptly knocks out the recipient for a little while, and leaves no physical wound behind.
☩ Tangible shadows! This vein of Celty's powers has access wherever there's an absence of light, and she can command shadows to solidify and move around on a whim; the forms they can take on are limited only by her imagination. As a general rule Celty can either itemize them (ie speed-weaving a whole bunch of shadows into a net to catch a falling girl), or weaponise them (ie producing elaborate and intimidating daggers from the shadow under her wrist to threaten huge jerks with, etc).
☩ Physical assistance! Such as sticking to vertical surfaces, providing protection from edged objects, and accelerated typing on her pda.

☩ Celty also has something of a sixth sense for detecting other supernatural entities nearby! Though if the entity is otherwise human, or residing inside a human, she won't pick up anything. Actually identifying what other non-human entities are is also something that she's not particularly good at; she hasn't encountered a whole lot of them in her recent memory, so she hasn't had a lot of notes to compare between something benevolent vs something vicious, something harmless vs something dangerous, etc
